A 30-minute call on GST hours

On Microsoft Teams, between 7am and 7pm Gulf Standard Time, any day of the week. We go through your answers, the systems involved and where the reporting is costing time or confidence.

Written notes and options within two business days

A short written summary of what we heard and the options as we see them - what could be fixed in Excel, what belongs in Power BI, what should wait. Yours to keep whether or not anything follows.

A fixed quote, if there is a fit

If there is a piece of work worth doing, you get a written scope and a fixed price against it before anything starts. If we are not the right fit, we will say so and, where we can, point you to a better option.

The number is built the same way for every engagement: the method first, because it is what moves the figure, then the figure itself.

Fixed quote against that scope

The quote is the price. Anything worse than expected inside the scope is our cost. Anything you want outside the scope is quoted separately before we do it.

The reporting diagnostic is a fixed AED 4,950. That is the whole amount. Nothing is added at checkout. Builds are quoted rather than sold from a page: they start at AED 15,500 and most land in the AED 15,500 to AED 62,000 range, depending on the systems joined, the state of the data and how many people are trained. The written quote is the price.

Nothing is charged for the four questions or the call. Anything beyond them is scoped and quoted in writing first.

Do I have to pay anything to book the call?
No. The four questions and the call are at no charge and carry no obligation. Anything beyond the call is scoped in writing and quoted as a fixed price before it starts, so you will never be asked for payment for something you have not already agreed to.
What are the four questions for?
They tell us what your reporting looks like today - mostly Excel, a mix of tools, Power BI already in place - what the main problem is, which systems are involved, and what you most want from the call. That is enough to make the 30 minutes useful rather than spending them on introductions. The answers also point you to the service page that matches your situation.
What time zone are the slots in?
Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4), which does not change for daylight saving. Slots run between 7am and 7pm GST, seven days a week, and the confirmation email states the time in GST.
